Customer Questions & Answers

Q: Is the mouse pad angle independently adjustable?
A: Yes, you can also remove it easily if you don’t want it.

Q: How many inches will it raise from the surface on which it sits?
A: Up to 19 inches which is more than enough.

Q: I am left-handed. Can the mouse pad be mounted on the left side of the table or is it only on the right side?
A: Yes it can. You can see a small slit on the left side of the tray. That is where it attaches. The slits are on both sides.

Q: Can it be used comfortably by a person in a wheelchair?
A: The bottom legs are about 20 inches apart, so as long as that will fit in the wheel chair it should work well.

Q: How to install and adjust the mousepad?
A: There is really not very much to do. There are buttons to push at the end of each rod to make the legs move how you want.

Q: How much weight does it safely support?
A: It can hold up to 15 lbs.

I found this stand a little clumsy to adjust at first, but stick with it. It works well if you want to use while youre in bed or sitting on the couch, but its also great for putting It on a desk. I spent the summer working at my dining table and even at a lower level, I was able to tilt my laptop to where it was really comfortable on my wrists and arms. Where this has really helped me was raising my laptop up so the screen was at eye level. A year ago I find out I had five herniated discs in my neck. I had surgery replacing two levels of my spine in my neck. Looking down isnt great for your cervical spine and this Has helped me avoid that. Being able to put my laptop at eye level while I work my way through grad school has been incredibly helpful. My neck is more comfortable, therefore I can work for longer periods of time. I also dont worry about not having good posture in my neck while Im working.I was seriously considering every other stand besides this until I saw it reviewed as one of the best stands on some technology websites. Now I know why. Its one of the cheapest ones out there, it has a really good height, and its really functional. I absolutely love this thing!

This adjustable laptop stand is a perfect addition to my home "office." The instructions came with a super helpful guide suggesting angles for common uses (i.e. standing desk, using it on the bed, on the couch, etc.) That made it incredibly easy to manipulate the stand for quick use. It would have been helpful if the joints were actually labeled on the stand, but it did not take much time to figure out which joints were which. I have used this as a standing desk and for working from the couch and both have been sturdy and comfortable.

I bought this to help with my wrist and arm pain. It has helped a lot. I no longer feel the pain when I have to work for several hours at a time. I am able to work on my couch more comfortably. I plan to use it at the bed as well.

I really like this product and since I've been working from home, I use it everyday. Very versatile and sturdier than it appears. I don't like the mouse pad accessory but it is really unnecessary anyway. Very lightweight and easy to store. Use is on the couch, in the bed and on my desk. Makes it easy to adjust for better video when using virtual conferencing platforms.

I work on my laptop a lot (most of the day) and yet I get tired from sitting in my office and seek out different spots to work at throughout the day or on different days to change my environment up. I had been looking for a laptop desk stand for a while and I am glad to say that I am happy with my find and this is where my search ends, yay! So, I bought it for 2 main reasons: (1) I can use it to turn my current desk into a stand desk, for days when my lower back gets too tired from sitting, and (2) I can actually sit and work on my sofa now, without straining my neck. I used to use a pillow under my laptop to lift it up, which worked ok, but this stand allows me to tilt my laptop so it is much more comfortable for my hands to be on the keyboard and track pad.

My pics don't do justice for the beauty of this product. I bought two units for me and hubby both working from home because of the pandemic. Everything works fine. Like the simplicity, look and the feel of it. If there's one thing that maybe they can improve on, that would be the mouse pad. Hubby uses it for his mini drawing tablet instead of a mouse but it slides. Maybe an extra stopper (like the one for the computer) can be added? I think it'll be very useful. It took awhile to receive it but everything is slow lately. It maybe pricey compared to others in the market but it's worth it!!!
